Glenn Springs Academy is seeking positive role models for our boys. Mentors can be any age; we've had success stories with volunteers ranging in years from 23-73!

GOALS
• To provide a means to demonstrate moral consciousness
• To create self-awareness in order to improve self-esteem
• To improve their academic achievements
• To enrich their social interactive skills, improving relationships with peers and adults

TIME COMMITMENT
At least one hour a week. Please honestly assess your availability. Consistency is key in building relationships.

BENEFITS
You will be the pat on the back or kind smile that brightens their day. You will be able to encourage them through the confusing time that is adolescence and into an adult more able to make informed decisions. That's rewarding work!

REQUIREMENTS
Completed application, background checks, and Crisis Prevention Intervention training.
